Shekhar founded Kineco as a small-scale unit in 1995, after serving for 8 years in various reputed engineering and manufacturing companies. In 26 years, his leadership has catapulted Kineco Group as one of India’s leading composites manufacturer with a strong focus on the mass transit, aerospace and defense sector with a strong legacy of innovation, development and commercialization.

His key specialties are TOC implementation, lead time and inventory reduction & relationship management.

His expertise lies specifically around Tool & Die Making, which involves the design, development, and construction of the specialized tools both Metallic and Composites. Skilled in the processing of composite materials, ensuring high-quality production of composite parts.

ROSS BRADLEY

A Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society, London and Alumni of University of Lancashire, London Business School and INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France with more than 40 years’ experience in Aerospace consultancy services.

He has served as ED – FAC and as MD, Eurofighter Typhoon aircraft programme at BAE Systems, Aerospace Sector Advisor and CEO of Strata’s World class composite aerostructure manufacturing facility in Abu Dhabi. Ross has worked with TATA Advanced Materials as Consultant, CEO, Board Member and Advisor contributing to the company becoming a profitable entity.

ROBERT BRAUNSBERGER

Professional in the international aerospace industry with over 25-year background in general management, business development, sales and program management.

He has held several top management positions including VP of FACC’s Engines and Nacelles business at Austria and Air Ambulance Technologies, Austria. Highly experienced in the composites industry for Aerostructures and Interiors applications as well as Emergency Medical Equipment. He has experience of working with Airbus Tier 1’s as well as some lower scale projects with Airbus. Strong, decisive personality with extraordinary commitment on pro-active customer satisfaction.

GILLES MORELOT

An aeronautical engineering (ISAE) with degree in Economical Sciences with over 30 years of professional experience in Manufacturing, International co-ordination, A/C Program Management, Procurement with operational & strategic experience.

He is an Airbus Lifer during which he held several management positions including Head of Production at Blagnac – Composites unit, Head of Industrial Work sharing at A380 Program Directorate and from 2002-2021 served in Airbus Procurement leading positions mainly in the Aerostructures domain.
